  16. This is a good idea; if there was a standard keyboard definition changing
  17. program that could alter resource files (the location of the strings
  18. in the resource would have to be standard too) then the programs could
  19. simply read the strings from the resource to find out what keyboard
  20. shortcuts are associated with what menu entry.  Who would write the
  21. keyboard definition changer, though?
